       The ordinary nitrogen is added to the hydrogen at a certain proportion, and after the mixer is fully mixed, they enter the deaerator. Under the action of internal catalyst, the impurity oxygen and hydrogen in ordinary nitrogen react to form H2O. The temperature of generated water vapor drops to room temperature through a cooling gas cooler. Most of the water vapor in nitrogen condenses into water, and then is dried by the latter stage cold dry machine. After a preliminary removal of nitrogen from water, a molecular sieve adsorption dryer consisting of two towers is entered. One tower works, the other tower regenerates, and the two towers turn to work continuously. After the water is removed in depth, there is a continuous high pure nitrogen outflow.

       High efficiency catalyst is used for wide ranged deoxygenation without activation. It is suitable for production with high oxygen content and high requirement of excessive hydrogen.
