The gas purification device uses molecular sieve adsorbent for temperature swing adsorption and purification of dry gas. It can be used in conjunction with the liquid ammonia hydrogen making furnace in our factory, and can also be used for the deep drying of the cylinder gases such as hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen and compressed air. It is a compound device which is connected by two absorption dryers in parallel, one works, and the other can do regeneration process. Alternating work and regenerating, to ensure continuous operation.
In the process of ammonia purification, to achieve the purpose of drying and purifying gas by using the principle of adsorption of trace water and residual ammonia in ammonia gas by 5A molecular sieve at normal temperature. Using the characteristics that under a certain temperature (generally 250~350℃), the water and residual ammonia can be sucked out by molecular sieve. A tower absorbs water and residual ammonia, at the same time the other tower is heated to a certain temperature to desorbed moisture and residual ammonia so as to achieve the effect of regeneration and reuse.
