Liquid ammonia is used as raw material. After being vaporized, ammonia is heated to more than 300℃. Under the action of certain pressure and catalyst, the liquid ammonia can be decomposed into hydrogen and ammonia gas. As the temperature increases, the decomposition becomes more complete. The decomposition gas consists of 75% hydrogen gas and 25% nitrogen gas. Then, through the pressure swing adsorption hydrogen production unit, 25% of nitrogen, residual ammonia, water and other impurities in ammonia separated gas are removed step by step, and pure hydrogen with purity above 99.9%-99.99% is obtained.
● The process is simple and the operation flexibility of the device is large, and it can adapt to the large fluctuation of raw material gas volume.
● The purity of hydrogen is high; the system cycle is controlled by PLC program. And the operation is convenient with high automation.
