Product principle

       Oxygen enriched combustion supporting (membrane separation oxygen generator) is one of the latest energy saving and environmental protection technologies. In recent years, with the increasing of environmental protection and energy conservation, as new combustion technology oxygen enriched combustion is widely developed in the world. Some countries require that the oxygen rich air combustion should be used in all new industrial furnaces and industrial boilers; the normal combustion air is prohibited. Oxygen enriched combustion increases the oxygen content in the combustion air, which is referred to as OEC. It is an energy saving and efficient combustion technology. The membrane oxygen making and oxygen enriched combustion supporting device is to use the different penetration rate of the air in each component through the membrane, driven by pressure difference, to make the oxygen in the air obtain oxygen rich air first. The concentration of oxygen enriched air was 28%-31%. The main effect of the installation of oxygen enriched combustion energy-saving device is to raise the temperature of the furnace, reducing the carbon content of slag and fly ash carbon content, reducing exhaust gas temperature to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler, reduce the fuel consumption to increase output for energy saving. Details are as follows:
There are two kinds of oxygen enrichment technology in the furnace by increasing oxygen combustion in the furnace. One is full oxygen combustion, and the other is local oxygen combustion. Membrane oxygen making and oxygen enriched combustion supporting equipment is made by local oxygen increasing combustion technology. In conventional combustion, only 21% of oxygen in the air is involved in the combustion process, and about 79% of the nitrogen absorbs a large amount of heat released from the combustion reaction, and is discharged as flue gas, resulting in energy waste. After the installation of membrane oxygen and oxygen enriched combustion energy-saving device, the overall amount of combustion air (nitrogen reduction) is reduced, as well as the flue gas, so the flame temperature increases significantly with the oxygen in the air combustion ratio increase. But the oxygen concentration should not be too high, domestic and foreign research shows that the volume fraction of oxygen is preferred at about 28%. Because the oxygen concentration increases, the flame temperature increases little, while the oxygen production investment increases sharply, and the comprehensive benefit drops.
Accelerate the combustion speed and promote the complete combustion. Fuel in air and in pure oxygen vary considerably, for example the burning rate of hydrogen in air is 280cm/s, the burning rate in pure oxygen is 1175cm/s, 4.2 times in the air. The installation of membrane oxygen and oxygen enriched combustion energy-saving device can not only improve the combustion intensity, accelerate the combustion speed to obtain good thermal conduction, but also promote complete combustion because of temperature increase, so as to eliminate air pollution fundamentally.
Reduce the ignition temperature of the fuel. The ignition temperature is not constant, such as the ignition temperature of CO in the air of is 609℃, while in pure oxygen ignition is only 388℃, so using oxygen enriched combustion can reduce fuel burning, improve the flame intensity and increase heat release etc..
Lower emissions after combustion with normal combustion air, for nitrogen with volume of 4/5 does not participate in combustion, but also take a lot of heat, such as the use of oxygen enriched combustion, reducing the amount of nitrogen, so the exhaust volume after combustion is reduced, thereby improving the combustion efficiency.
Increase the heat utilization , oxygen enriched combustion can increase the utilization of heat. If using normal combustion air, when the heating temperature is 1300℃, the heat can be used for is 42%, but if 26% of the oxygen enriched combustion is used, the heat can be used for is 56%, and the higher the concentration of oxygen, the higher the heating temperature, the increase of the proportion is more obvious, so the energy saving effect is better.
To reduce the excess air coefficient , use oxygen enrichment instead of air combustion can reduce the excess coefficient of air, so as to increase the flame temperature and reduce the heat loss of exhaust gas, the fuel consumption will be reduced and thereby save energy.
In summary, the energy saving rate of industrial boilers and industrial furnaces using new technology of oxygen enriched combustion is 5-20%. The minimum coal saving rate of coal burning boiler is above 10%. The boiler output can be increased by more than 10%, and the air pollution can be eliminated fundamentally. Energy saving effect is very significant, social and economic benefits are enormous. This technology is called as "the creative technology of resources" in developed countries and has been widely used in various fields of combustion.
